In Spiaggia

Well, it doesn't get much better than this...

After a couple of somewhat cooler days (20 - 23 Celsius) accompanied by a thunderstorm or two, the temperature shot up to around 33 Celsius. What better place to spend our day than at the beach! 

And, yes the water was divine.

No need for this - thank goodness!

Somebody hard at it!

 

On to the town, for a little peck...

This tree has the most amazingly sweet fragrance to it - we smelled it the last time we were in Italy but have yet to figure out what it is. It smells sort of like jasmine but even nicer, if you can imagine that!
