Our last day in Bari
We are sitting in the Bari Airport waiting for our flight to Budapest. It's another brilliant blue sky and it's already close to 20 degrees Celsius. It's a bittersweet feeling to leave Italia - we are ready to be home but it's always hard to leave this complex and dynamic country of food, smells, noise and history. It poses a certain mystery to someone like me who depends on a certain level of control (working on releasing my grip 😀)as it appears to me that this place functions amidst an ongoing of level 'organized chaos'. You only need to watch the traffic (if you dare) to see that anything goes while driving (and why most cars have dents and scratches on them). But as I said, that's just my perception of it. And perhaps that is why I have been drawn here so many times - aside from the obvious that part of my genetic pool originated from here.
